These Terms and Conditions govern your use of quorieic's services and website. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and quorieic. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

3. Program Enrollment and Participation

Eligibility

Our programs are designed for workplace professionals including HR personnel, managers, and senior leaders. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and currently employed or engaged in relevant professional roles. Organizations enrolling multiple participants must ensure all attendees meet these criteria.

Registration

Enrollment requires submission of accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information provided and notifying us of any changes. Organizations enrolling participants on their behalf are responsible for ensuring participant information accuracy.

Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you cannot attend a session, notify us in advance. We may accommodate absences where possible, but excessive absences may affect your ability to complete the program successfully. Make-up sessions or materials may be provided at our discretion.

Conduct Expectations

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward facilitators, fellow participants, and staff. We maintain the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Currency

Program fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are due in full upon enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been made. Organizations enrolling multiple participants may discuss payment arrangements with our team.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and corporate purchase orders. Payment must be received before the program commencement date. Participants with outstanding balances may not attend sessions until payment is received.

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify program fees with reasonable notice. Fee changes do not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid. New fee structures apply to future enrollments only.

Taxes

Fees may be subject to applicable taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Singapore law. Applicable taxes will be clearly indicated at the time of enrollment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for refunds. Organizations may substitute participants at any time before program commencement.

Cancellations by quorieic

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants receive full refunds of fees paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs including travel or accommodation expenses.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation requests. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Administrative fees may apply to refund processing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All content provided through our services including course materials, presentations, templates, frameworks, and resources remains the intellectual property of quorieic. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to participants or organizations.

License Grant

Upon enrollment, participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal professional development purposes. Organizations may use materials internally but may not resell, republish, or redistribute content outside their organization.

Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary markings from materials. Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license and legal action.

Participant Content

Content you create or share during programs including discussion contributions, case study analyses, and implementation plans remains your property. However, by participating, you grant us permission to use anonymized versions of this content for program improvement and development purposes.

7. Educational Nature and Disclaimer

Our programs provide general education about financial wellness in workplace contexts. Content is designed to build HR and management capabilities, not to provide financial advice to individuals or organizations. Participants should not interpret program content as recommendations to take specific financial actions.

We do not provide financial planning services, investment advice, or legal counsel. For specific financial decisions, participants should consult qualified financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals. We assume no responsibility for financial decisions made based on program content.

8. Confidentiality

Program discussions often involve sensitive organizational information and personal financial situations. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' shared information. We create safe environments for open discussion, and confidentiality is essential to this environment.

Similarly, we maintain confidentiality regarding organizational information shared by participants and organizations. Details about your organization's practices, challenges, or financial wellness initiatives are treated as confidential unless you explicitly authorize disclosure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, quorieic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes damages for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory underlying the claim.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from implementation of concepts learned in our programs. Participants and organizations make independent decisions about how to apply program content within their specific contexts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold quorieic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We may update program content, change session formats, or adjust program structures to improve educational value. Significant changes to confirmed enrollments will be communicated in advance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us to discuss concerns. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and professionally.

Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation. Mediation will be conducted in Singapore by a mutually agreed mediator. Each party bears their own costs associated with mediation.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and quorieic regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to reflect the parties' intentions to the extent possible under applicable law.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these terms to any successor or affiliate without restriction.

Notices

Notices to you may be sent to the email address you provided during enrollment. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected]. Notices are deemed received when sent if by email, or when delivered if by physical mail.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes via email. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

For enrollments confirmed before term changes, the original terms apply throughout the program duration unless changes are required by law or regulatory requirements.
